Click on the video above to hear about Jens’s experience with Writer’s Relief!

Meet our featured client, Jens Birk! At first, Jens was reluctant to submit his writing for publication because he anticipated getting rejections. And while rejection is part of a writer’s life—with the right help, so is getting acceptances! Working with Writer’s Relief, Jens has been published in The Alembic, Crate Literary Magazine, The Lindenwood Review, and many other literary journals.

Read on and watch the video to hear how Writer’s Relief helped Jens get past his fear of submitting—and even made it easier for him to spend more time writing.

In Jens’s Own Words

My writing teacher always told me to submit. In the beginning, I didn’t believe that I could get published, so I kept postponing even trying to submit—maybe to avoid rejections! But I must say that she was right—every time I get an acceptance, I feel so much more motivated to write. Working with Writer’s Relief has been really amazing! I would never have had so many stories published without their help. It boosts my writing to get published, and gives me time to focus on it. Thank you so much to all the people at Writer’s Relief—you do an incredible job and I’m so grateful!
